Security Bond: $600 cash payable on boarding. Security deposit is refunded on return less running costs when boat is returned on time in good order and condition. Damage and loss will be charged for at cost.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified more than 90 days prior to departure will be entitled to a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellation notified between 45 and 90 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be re-booked for the full value. In this case, all monies will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations notifed less than 45 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be re-booked for full value. In this case all monies paid will be refunded less $150 cancellation fee.

Special Conditions: The number of persons hiring a houseboat must not exceed the number of surveyed berths. (Maximum of 12). Any person driving a houseboat must be over 18 and hold either a current drivers licence or boat licence. Houseboats must not be driven at night. Firearms, axes, chainsaws and trail bikes are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Houseboat River Charm is designed for you to enjoy and relax. Easy to operate, moor and economical  to run. Diesel generator mounted in the pontoon for added quietness completes the relaxed feel and leaving added deck space.     

The living area features panoramic windows with glass sliding doors to outside areas. Complemented with a fully equipped kitchen, gas cook top and oven,, all utensils, cutlery, crockery glassware and cookware. Microwave oven and 520lt fridge freezer. Hooded BBQ on the large front deck makes sure all cooks can cater with ease. 

Leather lounges with  dining seating for 12. TV, DVD CD and piped music to areas inside or out.

6  bedrooms with queen island beds with wardrobes and storage cupboards.  4 queen rooms convert to singles, linen, towels, double pillows, quilts and warm blankets supplied.   All rooms have personal access to decks via sliding doors. 1 room is set with power for all night use of medical device (no generator needed) 

2 large bathrooms 1 with auto washing machine.

Ducted air-conditioning to all rooms, gas heating, and  all walls well insulated for privacy and comfort 

Large outdoor areas with tables chairs, upper sundeck with shade canopy  and sun lounges. Easy to use ladder on 1.8m swim deck .

Ice boxes and tucker box freezer ensure you will have plenty  of options to keep your food and beverages cold.
